01General Terms

Dj77 (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between you and dj77.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Deposits at dj77 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There are no additional fees for deposits. Funds are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Depositing via third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, with processing times typically ranging from 30 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Dj77 may carry out additional verification for any unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Your daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your VIP level.

04Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions at dj77 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus means you have accepted the particular terms attached to that bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering is the requirement to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus balance can be withdrawn. Each bonus has its own wagering multiplier. Example: a ×5 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳5,000.

• Sports Betting wagers count 100%; contribution rates vary by casino game.
• A minimum odds of 1.50 is required for wagering contribution.
• If a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple primary bonuses cannot be active on the same account at the same time.
• Winnings from bonus balance remain as bonus funds until the wagering requirement is met.

05Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed at dj77 are verified by the system before being confirmed. Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• In the case of incorrect odds — dj77 reserves the right to void bets where there is a clear technical error.
• If the event has already started or concluded.
• If conflicting bets on the same event are detected.
• The match is cancelled before the scheduled end time.

Live Betting — Special Rules

In-play (live) betting requires quick decisions, as there is limited time to act. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is duplicated due to a network disruption, dj77's decision will be final.

Result Determination

All betting outcomes are determined based on official results from recognized international sports bodies (ICC, FIFA, etc.). In the event of any dispute, dj77's expert team will make the final decision.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dj77 platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Money Laundering: Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit by exploiting bonuses.
• Hacking & Software Abuse: Use of automated bots, scripts, or hacking tools.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Underage Use: Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of anyone under 18.

07Account Suspension & Closure

Dj77 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Failure to submit the required documents for KYC verification.

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

08Limitation of Liability

Dj77 accepts no responsibility in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost or transactions failed due to internet disconnection.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Bets or transactions made due to your own error.

In the event of any technical issue, we will investigate and do our best to provide a resolution. However, any compensation will be limited to the amount of the maximum bet placed.
